PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Texas A&M -Corpus Christi’s new life sciences research and engineering building. The state-of-the-art building facilitates life sciences research for undergraduates, Ph. D students, and professors. The new 3-story building (111,600 gsf) , located near the first entrance to the main Island Campus, supports cutting-edge research and scholarly activity and includes 6 new instructional laboratories, 34 research laboratories, as well as much needed faculty office space.   

SCOPE OF WORK: Subcontractor. Metal Studs, Drywall, Tape, Float, Texture & Paint.

 

Los Encinos Elementary

START DATE: October 2016 / COMPLETION DATE: July 2017

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Los Encinos Elementary School is a new construction, single-story building with at total square footage of 86,915, and a student capacity of 750. The school includes a 7,000 square foot gymnasium with a rock climbing wall, a cafetorium which can be split with a wall divider, and is equipped with solar tube lighting.

SCOPE OF WORK: Subcontractor. Interior finish-outs and exterior coatings.

 

 

Robstown High School Phase II Improvements

PROJECT COST: $1,950,000.00

START DATE: November 2017 / COMPLETION DATE: March 2018

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Robstown Early College High School Phase II project included the renovation of a 39,000 sq. ft. campus. The interior renovations included new vinyl flooring or carpet, paint, baseboards, ceiling tiles, and new LED lighting. The exterior renovations included patch work, new paint, and new exterior lighting to the existing administration building, concrete canopies, and cafeteria. The existing parking lot was patched and re-striped.

SCOPE OF WORK: General Contractor. Furnish all material and labor for the completion of the project.

Corpus Christi RTA Staples Center

Veteran’s Memorial High School

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Construction of a 380,000 sf high school includes a three-story small learning community wing, a number of flexible learning spaces, a cutting-edge science lab, athletic facilities, and a 900 seat performing arts center.

Shell’s Appomattox Living Quarters Module
